Hailing from the streets of New Jersey and finding his home in the city of Taiwan, Larry Chen is the heart and soul of POW! WOW! Taiwan. As regional director, he has been the force that brought the festival to those shores. With a focus on community building and creative collaboration, Larry is hoping to that his efforts can continue to bring exposure to the great artist of Taiwan.
