Jay Howell is best known as a cartoonist. Howell is best known for his creative involvement in several television shows. He is the illustrator for the popular series Bob’s Burgers and Sanjay and Craig. He has also worked for several companies as an artist including Vans and Gucci. He was born in Jefferson City, MO. He worked alongside Maulik Pancholy, Chris Hardwick, and Matt Jones on the television series Sanjay and Craig. He first moved from Missouri to Los Angeles in April of 2010 to pursue his career in art. He began creating designs for skateboard decks for companies such as Anti Hero and Creature. He then went on to work in television and in 2013 his series Sanjay and Craig was picked up by Nickelodeon.
