Bier en brood is an art formation from Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Consisting of Jelmer Noordeman and Koen Harmsma. Around 2008 they started working together working solely with black and white.

They posses a unique style which contains elements of detailed drawings and abstract line work. Their work is often motivated by tendencies in modern society and future technology which is expressed by their interpretation of a gloomy future, a glance in an other world.

Their passion lies within the unconventional, we strive to be always aiming for artistic authenticity.
